Monthly Concierge Plan | $210 per month

Subscribe to HomeTown Pros LLC, monthly concierge plan and let us take care of your to-do list. Each month, your dedicated handyman will visit your home to tackle the projects of YOUR CHOICE!

Your monthly concierge subscription includes:

  • ONE 2-hour visit per month from your dedicated Latitude handyman focusing on projects and tasks of YOUR CHOICE
  • Additional time may be added to visits at $75/hr
  • See a list of common home maintenance tasks below

Exterior Services:

  • Gutter inspection and cleaning
  • Clear soffit vent obstructions
  • Installation/removal of window screens or storm windows
  • Address issues such as caulk repairs, vents obstructions, insects, nests, etc.
  • Place hoses and open exterior water lines (spring)
  • Drain hoses and winterize exterior water lines (fall)
  • Clean exterior dryer vent
  • Repair exterior hose bib leaks
  • Lubricate moving garage door parts

Kitchen & Bath:

  • Change/clean refrigerator filters
  • Vacuum refrigerator coils & compressor
  • Degrease vent hood filters
  • Clean garbage disposal
  • Tighten drawer/door handles
  • Improve door/drawer function
  • Empty & clean dishwasher filter
  • Clean or unclog sink drains
  • Clean faucet aerator
  • Exhaust fan cleaning
  • Clean lint from dryer vent line
  • Toilet repairs
  • Clean washer/dryer filters
  • Grout sealing & minor repairs

General Services:

  • Hang pictures or TV
  • Product assembly
