- Test and tighten all knobs, handles and hinges throughout the house
- Inspect under all sinks for evidence of water issues/damage
- Monitor softener salt and furnace filter. Fill/replace as needed.

March:
- Clean filter in tankless water heaters
- Clean condensation lines from heat exchanger, furnace, humidifier, etc…
- Inspect humidifier water panel. Descale as needed.
- Test all drains. Clean out drain lines and adjust stoppers as needed.
- Visually inspect attic for pests and water damage
- Monitor softener salt and furnace filter. Fill/replace as needed.

April:
- Test sump pump. Inspect sump basin for issues. (inspect unsealed basins only) Address odors if present.
